Terms & Conditions — bts89 Platform Agreement

The following terms, when used in this Agreement, shall carry the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise accessing any feature of the bts89 platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.
• You have read and accept the bts89 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
• You satisfy all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3 of this Agreement.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You understand and accept the financial risk inherent in gambling activities.

To register and maintain an account on bts89, you must at all times satisfy the following eligibility conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bts89 strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification documents will be requested during the KYC process and may be requested at any time at bts89's discretion.
• Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia and accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order from bts89 or any other gaming operator.
• Account Status: You must not have had a bts89 account previously suspended or permanently closed for a breach of this Agreement.

Each Player may hold exactly one registered account on bts89. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian mobile number, and a verifiable email address. You undertake to keep this information up to date at all times and to notify bts89 promptly of any changes.

bts89 reserves the right to refuse registration or to suspend an account at any time if there are reasonable grounds to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent.

• Account credentials (username and password) are personal to you and must not be shared with any other person.
• You are fully responsible for all activity conducted through your account, whether authorized by you or not.
• If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must contact bts89 support immediately at [email protected].
• bts89 will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or one-time verification code through any channel.

bts89 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with international responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering standards. KYC verification is required before a Player's first withdrawal and may be requested again at any point thereafter.

Accepted identity documents for KYC verification include:

• National Identity Card (KTP): Indonesian national ID card — primary accepted document for Indonesian residents.
• Passport: Valid Indonesian or international passport.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence issued within the last 90 days, showing your full name and Indonesian residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Where requested, a screenshot or document confirming ownership of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits.

bts89 targets completion of KYC review within 24 hours of receiving a complete document submission. Withdrawals will be held pending until KYC is successfully completed. bts89 assumes no liability for delays resulting from a Player's failure to provide required documentation promptly.

bts89 accepts deposits via the following methods, all processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Local Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata.
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja.
• International Cards: Visa, Mastercard (where available; currency conversion rates apply).

Deposits are credited to your Wallet Balance in real time or within a few minutes of bank confirmation, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution. bts89 does not charge a deposit fee; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges.

• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum limits are published on the bts89 FAQ page and updated regularly.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.
• bts89 reserves the right to return a deposit and request an alternative payment method if a fraud risk or third-party source is identified.
• Any deposit made for the sole purpose of taking advantage of a promotion, without genuine gaming intent, may be flagged as bonus abuse and result in account review.

bts89 is committed to processing legitimate withdrawal requests promptly. The platform targets completion of the vast majority of withdrawal requests within 5 minutes, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, subject to the following conditions.

• KYC Completion: A Player's KYC verification must be successfully completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Wagering Requirements: If Bonus Funds are active on your account, the applicable wagering requirement must be met before the associated bonus amount — and in some cases the deposit that triggered the bonus — can be withdrawn.
• Matched Payment Method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the most recent deposit, in line with anti-money-laundering obligations. Withdrawal to a different account requires approval and additional documentation.
• Minimum and Maximum Limits: Current withdrawal limits are published in the bts89 FAQ. bts89 reserves the right to apply daily, weekly, or monthly withdrawal caps.
• Processing Time: While bts89 targets sub-5-minute processing, delays may occur during periods of network maintenance, public holidays (including Indonesian national holidays), or when additional verification is required. bts89 assumes no liability for delays caused by third-party financial institutions.

bts89 offers a range of promotional bonuses to eligible Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific conditions stated at the time of the offer.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonus amounts are subject to a wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be completed before the bonus — and in some cases any associated winnings — can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier is stated clearly for each promotion.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games such as baccarat, roulette, and blackjack contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are disclosed within each promotion's terms.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time frame stated in the promotion. Upon expiry, unused Bonus Funds and any associated winnings will be removed from the account.
• One Bonus Per Transaction: Only one promotional bonus may be applied per deposit unless otherwise explicitly stated in the promotion.
• Bonus Abuse: bts89 uses automated systems to detect bonus abuse, including pattern betting, hedging, and use of multiple accounts to claim a single promotion. Any account found to be engaged in bonus abuse may have its bonuses voided, winnings forfeited, and account suspended.
• bts89's Right to Modify: bts89 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is already active and a Player has accepted the bonus, the original terms will apply for the duration of that specific offer.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the bts89 platform, including sports betting (bandar bola — Indonesian football betting markets), togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery), live casino, and slot games.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is accepted and binding only upon receipt of a confirmation notification from bts89. Bets in a "pending" state have not yet been confirmed and may be voided under certain market conditions.
• Odds and Prices: Odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. bts89 uses pari-mutuel and fixed-odds systems depending on the product. Details are disclosed within each product's rules.
• Void Bets: bts89 reserves the right to void a bet at any time if it was placed following a technical error, if odds were manifestly incorrect, if a match or event was abandoned before completion, or if integrity concerns arise. Voided bets are refunded at stake value.
• Mix Parlay (Accumulator) Rules: For mix parlay — accumulator bets combining multiple selections — all legs must win for the bet to pay out. If one or more legs are voided, the accumulator is recalculated based on remaining valid legs.
• Live Betting: In-play betting lines are suspended and re-opened at bts89's discretion. Bets placed during a suspension period are void. Live betting on BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and other major competitions is available subject to broadcast rights and data feed availability.
• Game Fairness: All casino games use certified random number generator (RNG) technology and are supplied by internationally accredited providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft. Game outcomes are determined independently of bts89's systems.
• Technical Failures: In the event of a technical failure, bts89 will make reasonable efforts to restore the session and honor valid bets. Where restoration is not possible, bets will be voided and stakes refunded.

bts89 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its duty of care toward Players seriously. The following tools and policies are in place to support responsible use of the platform.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings at any time. Increases to deposit limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; decreases apply immediately.
• Session Time-Outs: Players may apply a temporary time-out from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a time-out, the account is suspended and cannot be used to place bets or make deposits.
• Reality Checks: Players may activate periodic on-screen notifications showing time spent in session and net wagering activity.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent self-exclusion is available to any Player upon request. A self-excluded Player's account is closed indefinitely, and the Player may not re-register. bts89 will use reasonable efforts to prevent self-excluded Players from accessing the platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bts89 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate.

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate personal information at registration or during KYC.
• Using the platform while under 21 years of age.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with or exploit the platform in any unauthorized manner.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or loopholes — any winnings derived from known errors must be reported and will be voided.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or financial crime using the bts89 platform.
• Colluding with other players in live casino, poker, or any other multi-player game environment.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person, including operating a syndicating or agent structure without explicit written authorization from bts89.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, distribute, or modify any software, content, or intellectual property belonging to bts89.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language toward bts89 staff or other players.

All content on the bts89 platform — including but not limited to the bts89 brand name, logo, domain name, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of bts89 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bts89 platform solely for personal, recreational gambling purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any bts89 content.
• Use the bts89 name, logo, or branding in any manner not expressly authorized in writing by bts89.
• Create derivative works based on any part of the bts89 platform.
• Frame or deep-link to the bts89 platform without prior written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bts89 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to:

• Your use of or inability to use the bts89 platform or any service thereon.
• Any loss of profits, winnings, business opportunities, or data arising from platform access interruptions, technical errors, or network failures beyond bts89's reasonable control.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial institutions, including Indonesian banks and e-wallet providers.
• The outcome of any game, bet, or wager placed on the platform.

bts89's total aggregate liability to any Player arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their bts89 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Either party may terminate this Agreement and close the Player's bts89 account, subject to the following conditions.

Termination by the Player: You may request account closure at any time by contacting bts89 support. Any verified real-money Wallet Balance remaining at the time of closure will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements and satisfaction of any outstanding wagering conditions.

Termination by bts89: bts89 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of:

• A material breach of any provision of this Agreement.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Provision of false or unverifiable identity information.
• Conduct that bts89 reasonably considers harmful to the integrity of the platform, other players, or bts89's reputation.
• Any regulatory, legal, or compliance obligation requiring account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a breach by the Player, bts89 reserves the right to forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real-money deposits will be returned to the Player's registered payment method unless withheld as required by law or anti-fraud procedures.

This Agreement and all matters arising from it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bts89 holds its international operating license. bts89 operates as a Trusted and Secure Platform, licensed and regulated internationally.

For Players accessing bts89 from Indonesia, you acknowledge that online gambling is subject to regulatory restrictions in Indonesia and that you access the platform at your own legal risk and discretion. bts89 does not represent that its services are legal, available, or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of bts89 complies with the laws applicable to you in your location.

Any disputes arising from this Agreement that cannot be resolved through bts89's customer support escalation process shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable international arbitration body as designated by bts89's licensing authority. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

bts89 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bts89 will provide reasonable notice by publishing the updated Terms on this page and, where appropriate, by notifying Players via the email address registered to their account.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the bts89 platform after any amendment takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and request account closure as described in Section 14.
